We report a study that explored the feasibility of applying Transactional Analysis theory to tailor health messages to the patient’s predominant ego state, assuming that messages with a complementary communication approach will be better comprehended and efﬁcacious in triggering the targeted health behaviours. These personalized health messages were constructed by ﬁeld experts in co-creation workshops and tested by chronic disease patients with various predominant ego states via interviews and a survey. Our experiment did not support the hypothesized superiority of complementary communication but revealed a general patient preference for supportive and professional communication styles. notion-block-852d3c14e21d4f63adae7f704e7e8f8e"><li>中风患者不仅面临偏瘫的问题，也可能存在脑损伤。比如，有的患者因为脑损伤可能会失去半侧肢体的感知能力，或者忽略半侧肢体的存在。这些患者在中风后短期内并不会面临像脊柱外伤患者那样的褥疮或躯体畸形问题，但这些患者需要锻炼患侧躯干和肢体的肌肉，因为如果他们不及时锻炼的话，肌肉萎缩就很难复健了。</li></ul><div notion-block-817477555de0452382135435341153ba"><li>护士们会使用量表评估患者的褥疮风险，并据此决定他们帮助患者翻身/改变姿势的频率。目前关于改变姿势的频率和正确的坐姿并没有金标准，治疗师通常根据经验帮助不同情况的患者。</li></ul></ul><ul class="notion-list notion-list-disc             <title><![CDATA[The Automatic Processing of Social Information in Working Memory]]></title>

notion-block-6d83eb8033e94ac79df05219979f46fa">人类区别于其他灵长类动物，关键在于人类拥有强大的社会认知能力，可以理解他人的信念、愿望、意图和人格特质。社会认知过程需要工作记忆的支持，以实现对社会信息的短时存储和即时加工。已有研究表明，在工作记忆这块主动缓冲区上以渐进的方式处理着知觉表征，主动地整合信息以形成结构化的心理表征。且有研究论证了物体的物理属性在工作记忆中自动整合现象，然而其社会属性方面仍待探索。本研究考察了工作记忆是否会主动从记忆内容中提取社会信息，形成更高层次的社会表征。运用四个实验，研究者证明了受试者可以在短暂地阅读描述他人特点的社交网络状态时自发推断出他人的人格特征，而无需明确推断目标或有意识地进行推理。这种自发推断表现为，受试者会错误地认为推理出的特质词曾出现在所阅读的句子中。而且，这种自发推理的倾向会在信息在人与人之间传播的过程中积累和放大。这些发现共同表明，工作记忆可能会自动将社会信息整合到具有层次结构的心理表征中。</div><h3 notion-block-d40e6da93ada4cd3b9139cd9bef0d235">Working memory has been considered an active buffer for processing perceptual representations in a progressive manner, integrating information involuntarily to form structured mental representations. The automatic integration of objects’ physical features in working memory has been well documented, although its social aspect remains unknown. The current study examines whether working memory would automatically process social information, that is, extract social information from memory content to form a higher-level social representation. Through four experiments, we demonstrate that participants could spontaneously infer personality traits when required to hold the social information implying others’ traits in working memory, without the explicit goal of trait inference or awareness of the inference processes. Results show that participants mistook the memorized words for inferred trait words; such “errors” were then accumulated and ampliﬁed when the information was transmitted from person to person, during which the social information was brieﬂy stored in working memory and reproduced after a short time.
